Paper Craft Magazine Inspiration

I was inspired by a technique called Color Book in one of the recent Paper Craft Magazines. The card was stamped all in Black and White and had different colored rhinestones glued in the middle of them. Well here is my verion . . . using what I had on hand! I am so proud of myself :)

Here are the directions:

• Using the main flower image from Embrace Life, stamp it with Basic Black on a 2.75x5.75 sheet of Whisper White Card Stock

• Color centers using a pencil erasure as your stamp - inking the erasure in various colors and stamping the "centers" of the flowers. Using the coordinating marker, color the flower antena's (that is the technical term)

• Put a drop of crysal effects on each of the centers, shake chunky glitter ( I used the Crystal Iris, Chunky Sprinkles Item # 111343) Set aside to dry.

• Once dry, stamp greeting and layer . . . attach to ribbon and wrap around piece stamped in #1

• Layer on to a piece of 6x6 Basic Black Cardstock that has been folded in 1/2 to make a 3x6 card.

• Voila! You are done!
