So yesterday I got a little play time, actually an entire day of play time. I decided that I would pull out a couple of sets and do as many cards as possible with the sets that I pulled out . . . so get ready this week is full of Simply Soft, a new(er) hostess set.
My first card is such a WOW and so very simple. Since the Simply Soft set is a 2 step set it is quick and easy to color. Just to add a little pop I went over the top of the Pool Party with my VersaMarker and embossed with clear embossing powder. Once it cooled done I sponged over the flowers with Crumb Cake and it just made everything pop!
Finished off with a little striped ribbon makes this card so simply and so cute!
